Cousin Kirra loves Katelyn! She is about 18 months and doesn't know what to do with her. She wants to pick her up, but her 15 lbs is a little much so she just tries to lay on top of her. It is pretty cute.

We went to visit new mommy Katy Creighton and Katelyn's first boyfriend, Cole Walker Creighton. He is adorable and so lucky to have such great parents! He is pretty smooth and totally got her number!

Sleeping Through the Night?

I'm thinking don't jinx it! But this week Katelyn, 10 weeks old, has been going to bed around 9pm and I've been waking her up at 4:30am to give her 2 feedings before I go to work. I never thought I would love to get up at 4:30 every morning. But it gives me a chance to spend more time with her!

Grandparents!

It's the first week in December, and Katelyn is 9 weeks, and I have gone back to work! I am so grateful for her loving, and generous grandparents who watch over her and play with her during the week. Scott watches her Fridays. She is a lucky girl!

Happy Thanksgiving!

It has been a pretty great year. We are so thankful to be blessed with our little muffin. She has changed our lives and we are looking forward to every moment with her.
We are so lucky to be surrounded by so much family, and we visit or are visited often, by those that don't live near us. We are so thankful for them, they are truly great individuals that are also a lot of fun to be around!
Our friends are pretty special too and we are both very happy in our jobs! Tis the season to take a moment and really appreciate the great people and things that surround our lives!

Katelyn Ann Hemerick finally made her entrance! Sept. 28th at 7:02pm, 7lbs. 3 oz. and 19 3/4 inches. That's the good news. The bad news is she totally has my feet!
